The OEBKC endorses and supports both the American Rare Breed Association and the North American Kennel Club. Both of these clubs use the OEBKC breed standard exclusively in their judging. Both ARBA and NAKC use AKC and FCI judges.
We encourage our members to participate in the events held by both of these organizations. It is important to note that these all-breed show clubs have been in existence for more than 15 years. They are credible entities that offer a clear path for participants to obtain a legitimate Championship title for their dog(s). They are NOT simply a group of people who get together a couple of times each year to try and lend credibility to the dogs they have produced.
